Processing time
All items are handmade and processed within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
During peak season, markets, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly. If this occurs, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- Within Canada
Additional locations may be added in the future.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:
- Flat Rate Shipping, calculated at checkout
- Free Shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes)
Shipping rates are subject to change and will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- FedEx
Carrier selection may vary depending on location, package size, and service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary by carrier, destination and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Sew Tasha Sew Fun is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or style selection
- Normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Each situation will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sew Tasha Sew Fun is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in opening a carrier claim when applicable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in Ontario. If offered, this option will appear at checkout, and pickup details will be provided after purchase.
